A Hitman Franchise offers an individual the opportunity to establish a highly profitable business that can grow to the extent that is desirable to the owner. It is structured to operate on a full-time basis but can operate within a flexible framework if this is required. Hitman currently has 15 franchisees.

The business is a service business that offers each owner the ability to meet many different people in a wide range of environments.

A Hitman Pest Management Franchise Operator will generate profit before tax in excess of $100,000 a year for general pest management services. A minimum "Total Operators Revenue" guarantee of $126,946 applies during the first year of operation.

In simple terms:
A potential Operator of the Hitman Pest Management Franchise wants to be part of Hitman's operations and pays an initial fee to obtain the rights for a period of ten years to operate the Hitman Pest Management Franchise. This time period can be extended for a further ten years without an additional fee being paid.

Hitman provides fully paid training to the Operator for a period of four to five weeks and provides advice on how to establish and operate their Hitman Pest Management Franchise.

The Operator will receive a list of jobs to be undertaken on a daily basis from Hitman Head Office. The Operator effectively buys these jobs from Hitman.

On an ongoing basis Hitman will:

• Evaluate the Operators' business performance
  
• Provide guidance with regard to operating the business
  
• Assist the Operator to address any problems that may arise
  
• Provide ongoing service developments and marketing support
  
• Follow-up all client work for the purpose of securing ongoing recurring business from each client.
  
• Recognise specific Operator referred work and continue to allocate these clients to the specific Operator so as to maximise each Operator's net income.
  

The investment required is $164,000 for a Single Operator. These prices include a PT Cruiser, fully paid training period and all equipment plus start- up chemicals and stationery. These prices do not include GST which is refundable.

Territory Considerations
Hitman operates throughout the wider city of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. There are no specific territories assigned to the Operators of a Hitman Pest Management Franchise. Hitman Head Office will, however, assign as many jobs as possible to an individual Operator's preferred geographic area. Additionally, once a job (or client) is assigned to an Operator that Operator will generally be the designated re-treatment and preferred Operator on each annual treatment for that client.

Cash Flow
The client pays the franchisee directly and Hitman then invoices the franchisee. This means that cash flow is consistent from day 1 following the training period. A franchisee does not experience the peaks and troughs that other businesses tend to suffer especially in their early years.
